• Build out the PPC automation layer by expanding performance-based auto-pause and alert rules to all key markets;
• Automate audience synchronization from the CRM to Meta, TikTok, and Reddit;
• Schedule performance checks and reports using platform APIs and AI tools;
• Own conversion tracking, events, values, and goals across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and affiliate systems;
• Implement and manage client-side and server-side tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Events API;
• Ensure Consent Mode v2 and proper consent behavior across all tags;
• Set up tracking for new channels and markets by creating accounts and pixels, mapping funnel events, and verifying end-to-end functionality;
• Write technical tickets for backend work and troubleshoot broken events using DevTools, Events Manager, GTM preview, and BigQuery.

• 2–4 Years of hands-on work with conversion tracking or ad platform automation;
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and enough JavaScript to debug tags and network requests;
• Real experience with Meta Conversions API or another server-side events API;
• Good knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules;
• Experience automating routine work with platform APIs, scripts, or tools like n8n and Make;
• Basic SQL skills using BigQuery;
• Fluency in English at B2 level or higher;
• Ability to own a problem end-to-end without waiting to be asked;
• Nice to have: Server-side GTM, WhatsApp Business API, mobile measurement like Firebase or AppsFlyer, affiliate platforms, Python, AI agents.
