Data Analyst

AI Careerspark operates as a partner company managing applications and cloud infrastructure engineering roles, while supporting data-driven decision-making within the platform ecosystem.

• Collect, clean, and analyze platform and user data to generate insights that improve product features, user experience, and career outcomes;
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders;
• Contribute to experiments and A/B tests to evaluate new initiatives;
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define metrics, interpret trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations;
• Document methodologies, ensure data quality, and help shape the company’s data strategy as the platform grows.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights;
• Solid foundation in Statistics to design experiments, validate findings, and support evidence-based decisions;
• Experience with Data Modeling to structure data effectively and support reporting, dashboards, and analysis;
• Clear and effective Communication skills to present data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms;
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment and adapt to evolving priorities;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R), Experience working with product or user behavior data in a technology or internet-based company.
