• Develop and improve data-driven tools to increase marketing team efficiency;
• Design and prototype automated solutions, including AI-based ones, to accelerate creative production and traffic acquisition;
• Work on algorithmic approaches to media buying and campaign optimization;
• Integrate with external data sources and advertising platforms;
• Conduct data research, identify growth opportunities, and transform them into practical tools;
• Promote a data-driven culture and expand access to useful analytics for marketing;
• Work end-to-end from problem definition and research to implementation and impact on business metrics;
• Collaborate with marketing, UA leads, analysts, and engineers to align solutions across teams;
• Dive into problem contexts and take ownership of results.

• Expert-level SQL and experience with large-scale data (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, or PostgreSQL);
• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, sklearn);
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and unit economics (LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback);
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Axon) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust);
• Experience taking analytical solutions through to implementation and measurable business impact;
• Ability to work in ambiguity, independently define approaches, and drive tasks to completion;
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and validate hypotheses;
• Proactivity and strong communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience building production-ready solutions, PySpark, Databricks, designing ETL pipelines (Airflow, Luigi), automating processes with AI, building tools for marketing or UA teams, experience in mobile products or the gaming industry, strong systems thinking.
