Data Analyst

The Regulatory Reporting Platform collects, processes, and transforms large volumes of data from internal systems to produce regulatory reports for 240 jurisdictions worldwide. It supports around 10,000 reports across regulatory, compliance, financial, and risk reporting areas.

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements;
• Create rules based on gathered requirements using an internally built language similar to KNIME;
• Conduct insightful ad hoc analysis to investigate possible production issues;
• Maintain the project backlog;
• Participate in product increment acceptance testing and analyze test results.

• 6+ Years of requirements management or business analysis experience;
• Write complex SQL queries;
• Have scripting experience in R, Python, VBA, or another language;
• Read and understand code;
• Have experience in process analysis and documentation;
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills;
• Be a proactive team player and stress resistant;
• English at C2 proficiency;
• Nice to have: experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms, knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platform architectures, understanding of CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines, experience working in Agile or Scrum teams within a distributed global setup.
