The Bir ecosystem operates within the financial services sector, focusing on integrated digital solutions and ecosystem development.

• Lead the development of strategic metrics, including Customer/Merchant Lifetime Value and Customer/Merchant Acquisition Cost;
• Align and consolidate backlogs across business verticals to support strategic metric definitions;
• Anticipate necessary data development and data governance work;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity;
• Assess, raise, and categorize alarms regarding business risks or project delays;
• Manage stakeholders by ensuring cross-vertical alignment and tracking task status;
• Inform senior management about the performance of existing metrics and the development status of new ones;
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking or a related industry;
• Proven experience in developing strategic metrics like CLV/CAC;
• Ability to work independently and within a team with strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI;
• Nice to have: Coding skills in Python or R.
