The company powers betPawa, a large betting brand operating across multiple markets, and develops platforms designed for scale that handle millions of active users and process thousands of transactions per second.

• Analyze player behavior, game performance, profitability, and customer engagement to identify trends and opportunities;
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making;
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and evaluate the performance of games, features, and promotions;
• Develop and improve product metrics, KPIs, and analytical reporting;
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data availability;
• Contribute to the development of analytical datasets, reporting structures, and ETL processes;
• Validate data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency;
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Proactively suggest new metrics and analytical approaches.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics;
• Experience working with Casino or iGaming products in a start-up or scale-up environment;
• Strong SQL skills with experience in large and complex datasets;
• Experience using Python for data analysis;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Redash, or Power BI;
• Experience with cloud-based analytical platforms such as BigQuery or Google Cloud Platform;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, experience with Airflow or Google Cloud Run, experience building product and business dashboards from large datasets.
