• Implement a data governance framework;
• Establish and maintain robust processes for tracking and assessing data quality;
• Develop automated checks to proactively detect data inconsistencies;
• Apply statistical techniques to enhance data quality;
• Create customized reports and dashboards;
• Extract data from databases (e.g., Redshift, MongoDB);
• Identify and resolve root causes of quality issues;
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams of product managers, engineering, and operations;
• Create and maintain documentation.

• 5+ Years of work experience in data analysis or data quality role;
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Python;
• Experience in data storage and processing on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Experience writing process documentation and data collection guidelines;
• Nice to have: University degree in medicine or life sciences, understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry data, experience with data visualization tools, understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines), experience with workflow automation tools such as Apache Airflow, experience working in an Agile or product-driven environment, familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
