• Design, develop, and deploy performant, visually compelling, and intuitive enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik;
• Liaise with Product Owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate demo sessions;
• Engineer and implement optimal data models including Dimensional Modeling, Star, and Snowflake schemas;
• Conduct data preparation, profiling, and quality validation;
• Utilize Python to automate data processes, perform statistical profiling, and integrate predictive analytics into BI dashboards;
• Oversee reporting environments, workspaces, and security frameworks including Row-Level Security and access governance;
• Contribute to architecture discussions and align deliverables with modern data structures like Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Datamarts;
• Design comprehensive testing methodologies to ensure accuracy and performance;
• Work within Agile environments and champion CI/CD principles and BI version control practices.

• 5+ Years of experience developing, designing, and maintaining complex BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik;
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL including DAX or MDX;
• Background in relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;
• Understanding of data tiering and data warehouse architecture;
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake;
• Expertise in testing data products, validation, and dashboard performance tuning;
• Experience working in Agile development environments;
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and version control tools;
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Nice to have: Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, familiarity with low-code platforms like Power Apps, professional certifications in Power BI or cloud technologies.
