Corporate Products Support Manager/Sales Analyst

• Analyze banking transactions and business relationships of corporate customers;
• Analyze transactions conducted through international transfer systems;
• Monitor corporate customer profitability;
• Conduct monthly and quarterly monitoring of active trade service points;
• Prepare and provide reports;
• Prepare ongoing internal analyses and reports on corporate customer transactions;
• Process inquiries about corporate customer transactions received from financial monitoring and other departments;
• Maintain information databases.

• Higher professional education;
• At least 1 year of banking experience or experience in a similar field;
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian;
• Knowledge of banking legislation and legal acts regulating the AML/CFT field;
• Computer literacy and excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Data analysis skills;
• Initiative, prioritization, and effective time management skills;
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge and application of business ethics;
• Nice to have: LSoft knowledge.
