Business data analyst in finance and people

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to drive data-based decision-making in Finance and People.

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the Finance and People teams.
• Analyze financial and people indicators, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate reporting and data extraction processes to improve efficiency and information quality.
• Support initiatives in workforce planning, personnel cost control, budgets and forecasting.
• Analyze metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of data from different systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Prepare presentations and insights to support decision-making by different stakeholders.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics or reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience working with large volumes of information from different sources.
• Analytical thinking and results orientation.
• Ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Communication and influencing skills.
• Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Catalan: advanced level.
• Spanish: native or equivalent level.
• English: advanced level.
