• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams and analyze complex, ambiguous business problems
• Research business domains, identify root causes, and deliver comprehensive requirements
• Contribute to solution selection, identify gaps between needs and solutions, and recommend improvements
• Identify cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and align expectations with project goals
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps
• Evaluate solution impacts across immediate and long-term business needs
• Apply requirements, data, usability, and process analysis methods to improve efficiency
• Mentor junior and intermediate business analysts and shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational development, including the Community of Practice

• 7+ Years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 4+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported
• Experience independently managing end-to-end business analysis workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options
• Experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and facilitating discussions between business and IT users globally
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management, and delivering GxP validated systems
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices, with expertise in at least one BA capability
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, requirements traceability, and change management
• Ability to independently apply tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating workshops, resolving conflicts, and defining stakeholder engagement strategies
• Dedication to mentoring junior and intermediate BAs
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and organizational development
• Willingness to learn and develop practical experience in AI agent workflows

• Salary range 19,075 - 35,425 PLN gross based on the employment contract; expected salary range for the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN
