• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes to solve critical problems and ensure analysis efforts are effectively targeted;
• Connect data to narratives that provide actionable advice;
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and select metrics aligned with business strategy and objectives;
• Translate complex business requirements into clear requests for data engineering;
• Redesign recurring operational issues into scalable, long-term solutions by clarifying stakeholder needs and anticipating future requirements;
• Independently separate main issues from secondary noise to keep analyses focused on core business questions;
• Manage project stakeholders proactively, identify necessary collaborators, and keep them informed through structured communication and documentation.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in an analytical or business-focused environment;
• Independent and enthusiastic problem-solving skills when navigating ambiguous stakeholder requests;
• Proven project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives in a structured and accountable manner;
• Highly proficient in writing complex SQL queries;
• Extensive experience with BI tools, specifically Looker and LookML;
• Confident communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers with clear, data-driven recommendations;
• Technical mindset for identifying effective solutions to technical problems;
• Ability to build strong relationships with multicultural teams.
