Perform ORMF data processing and consistency checks; analyze ORMF datasets to track Group updates and deliver operational-risk KPIs for committee reviews
Produce regular KPI reports for senior management
Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Cognos, or Power BI to surface trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Use risk-focused metrics to raise awareness
Lead roadmap, data setup, and control sign-off exercises and provide ICC sign-off reports
Act as backup ORMF Tool Coordinator to ensure continuity of key deliverables
Manage eSOP 360 business updates
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions, such as Power Automate and the sign-off module
Participate in ORMF tool committees
Apply AI tools where appropriate to improve analysis, automation, synthesis, and operational efficiency
требования
5–8 Years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, operational performance, or transformation
Experience in data quality controls, KPI production, management reporting, and dashboard development
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau and solid Excel skills
Practical understanding of operational risk, internal control, governance, or regulatory processes
Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders, following up on actions, and coordinating sign-off exercises and committee deliverables
Exposure to process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Fluent English
