Agoda is a travel technology company that connects people with destinations and experiences through hotel and holiday property bookings, flights, and travel experiences worldwide.

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects by refining briefs, asking the right questions, developing hypotheses, and storyboarding outputs;
• Analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to business stakeholders;
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and the wider business;
• Drive analytical initiatives and projects that improve organizational efficiency and shape Agoda supply;
• Identify, support, and lead projects that scale the Supply organization’s use of data, insights, and intelligence;
• Automate manual operational processes and report time savings from modernized business operations.

• 2–5+ Years of experience as an Analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy, or BI;
• Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL;
• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau;
• Expert knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Python or R;
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business or quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or finance;
• Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, or random forest;
• Experience managing stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership and C-suite;
• Experience conducting A/B testing experiments;
• Strong experience finding data insights and providing business recommendations;
• Ability to build simple, clever, and elegant solutions under significant resource, operational, and time constraints;
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement;
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate resources;
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative subject, program management certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2, Asian market experience, travel industry, e-commerce, technology, or consulting experience.
