• Analyze business processes across Traffic Domain products to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
• Model AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, bridge gaps, and optimize processes
• Manage requirements end to end: structure, document (Use Cases, User Stories, AC), and validate them
• Lead discovery efforts by investigating business challenges, validating hypotheses, and evaluating alternative technical approaches
• Facilitate workshops, refinements, and alignment sessions across Business, Product, and Delivery teams

• 5+ Years of Business Analysis experience in complex digital products or IT systems
• Strong command of process modeling in BPMN and system specification using UML
• Solid toolkit in Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Stakeholder Mapping
• Deep systems thinking and a solid grasp of how discrete components interact within a platform
• Structured thinking and ownership, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher
