• Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms
• Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee)
• Select and test offers based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events
• Plan CTA placements, pre-landings, and creatives to maximize conversion rates
• Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro or similar tools
• Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and resolve data discrepancies
• Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offer splits, and ad formats
• Scale top-performing combinations and replace underperforming ones
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to align monetization setups with organic traffic growth and brand safety

• 2+ Years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, or digital media
• Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee)
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Keitaro, postback setups, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules
• Strong analytical skills focused on funnels, lander testing, and core metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROI)
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher
• Strong self-management skills and a result-oriented mindset
