• Analyze, capture, and document business requirements and issues from business departments
• Advise business departments and Product Owners on developing requirements and business cases
• Design and document business solutions and support technical solution discovery
• Optimize and develop business processes, data models, and IT systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and agile Scrum teams
• Support testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation of requirements
• Continuously improve requirements management and IT processes
• Take on roles and responsibilities in projects and transformation initiatives

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, technical business administration, or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years of experience in requirements engineering or requirements management
• At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
• Experience in motor insurance is required
• Experience with projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Expert knowledge of requirements analysis and engineering, process modeling, business solution design, and solution design
• Good knowledge of insurance and support processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Good written and spoken English
• Будет плюсом: Certifications in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering, process management, or comparable professional certifications

• Project starts on 02.11.2026 and runs until 31.03.2027
• Hybrid model: approximately 70% remote and 30% onsite; onsite attendance every other week from Tuesday to Thursday is mandatory and non-negotiable
