• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst in banking in a similar position;
• Knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans;
• Experience analyzing business processes;
• Ability to model processes, for example using BPMN;
• Nice to have: project work experience in Agile or Scrum, experience in digital mortgage digitization projects, knowledge of banking systems supporting mortgage loans, experience working with large financial institutions.
