Altum Consulting recruits for an international media business based in Amsterdam.

• Work with business and finance stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and business requirements
• Analyze and document as-is processes, identifying inefficiencies, duplication, and improvement opportunities
• Support the design and documentation of future-state processes and operating models
• Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and digitalization
• Explore AI, RPA, and low-code platforms to improve processes and reduce manual activity
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and wider business functions on transformation initiatives
• Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and supporting analysis
• Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and technology solutions
• Track improvements and demonstrate benefits delivered through transformation initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization

• 2–3 Years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Process Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement
• Experience creating process documentation, workflows, or process maps
• Exposure to finance operations, shared services, or finance transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global organization
• Genuine interest in automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, including how AI, RPA, and low-code technologies can improve business processes

• €3,500-€4,500 Pcm
• Initial 12-month contract
