Business analyst in marketing automation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, Marketing Automation to support the ongoing global development and optimisation of HubSpot across the organisation.

• Elicit, document and analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help resolve complex business and technical challenges.
• Through a combination of requirements gathering, process analysis, user testing, impact assessment and benefits mapping, you will design practical solutions that support organisational objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop a deep understanding of their operational environments, opportunities and challenges.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor, ensuring a shared understanding of business requirements, available options and the implications of proposed solutions.
• Translate complex analysis into clear and compelling recommendations, producing business cases and presentations that influence decision-making and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure project objectives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables across both short- and long-term timeframes.
• Take ownership of your workload, coordinate contributions from colleagues and specialists where required, and ensure that projects continue to progress in line with agreed objectives.
• Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to support effective change management activities.
• Help teams adopt new business processes, support cultural and behavioural change, develop guidance and training materials, and ensure users gain maximum value from new platform features and capabilities.

• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
• 4+ years experience in a business analysis role, with extensive experience of HubSpot.
• Worked with Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Prior experience of working with customer-facing / CRM systems in general.

• Contract type: Indefinite Contract
• The starting salary for this role is PLN 16,300.00 per month. The final compensation package will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Working Model: Hybrid. British Council supports working in new ways such as hybrid working, subject to full approval by line management and conditional upon our ability to provide the appropriate level of service. This may not be appropriate for all roles but can be explored at interview.
• Employees are entitled to 20 working days of annual leave per calendar year, increasing to 26 working days per calendar year upon reaching 10 years of qualifying service.
