• 3+ Years’ experience as an analyst;
• Experience in the Insurance domain;
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools through direct practical use;
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies;
• Experience with UML and BPMN;
• Understanding of UX competencies;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Agile Methodology certification, Insurance certifications, Business analysis certification.
