• Translate business needs into clear data specifications;
• Adapt AI solutions, configurations, prompts, and data schemas for country-specific requirements;
• Support new feature implementations for AI solutions;
• Maintain and extend data schemas to capture relevant business data;
• Monitor and evaluate AI model accuracy and business impact;
• Improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering with data teams;

• Bridge business, data, and IT teams to ensure consistent understanding of AI outputs and use cases;
• Provide training and guidance on effective use of AI capabilities;

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics, or a related discipline;
• 10+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations Analyst, or Data Analyst;
• Hands-on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms through personal or work projects;
• Structured business analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong business acumen;
• Hands-on, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language;
• Nice to have: familiarity with insurance products and business processes, experience with data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts, experience in process automation.
