• Manage relationships and activities related to Network Partners and customers
• Produce customer and Network Partner data analytics and reports
• Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure excellent delivery standards
• Monitor portfolio data and performance
• Monitor and implement related metrics to proactively ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish best practices to optimize service delivery
• Ensure financial and accounting close activities are completed by deadlines
• Collaborate with other teams and subject matter experts to identify relevant data sources and improve operational and customer reports
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains
• Enhance skills through real-world experience and contribute to a team that values input and creativity

• University degree, preferably in an analytical or quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Math, or Statistics
• 3–5 Years of relevant work experience related to the responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of data administration and management functions, including collection, analysis, and distribution
• Ability to work with large datasets across business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision-making
• Communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills
• Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial data processes
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
• English at business fluency level, written and spoken
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
