• Take overall responsibility for capturing, prioritizing, and managing business requirements for core system modernization, including claims and policy administration;
• Convert requirements into detailed solution specifications and coordinate internal and external implementation teams;
• Ensure the successful introduction of Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and Guidewire BillingCenter modules, including integrations with surrounding systems, APIs, and digital platforms such as Salesforce and Jutro;
• Drive the development of assets within the Guidewire ecosystem;
• Manage quality assurance, budget control, and schedule control;
• Lead workshops with executives, business departments, and IT teams on business process analysis, solution design, and implementation;
• Manage change management activities, stakeholder communication, and project success measurement;
• Mentor teams and build capabilities within the DACH team.

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification;
• At least 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, ideally across multiple core insurance implementations;
• Proven experience with Guidewire systems or highly comparable core insurance platforms;
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in the DACH region;
• Experience leading programs and/or projects, with strong facilitation and communication skills;
• Very good German and English skills, with confidence communicating with business and IT leadership;
• Willingness to complete the required certifications and qualifications and meet NTT DATA / Alchemy quality standards.
