The company develops a scalable SaaS platform and digital products, creating turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators, integrating gaming products, and supporting clients throughout the licensing process. It operates across international markets with a distributed team of over 400 professionals in Central and Eastern Europe.

• Conduct the full business analysis cycle from identifying business needs and researching the domain to supporting solution implementation;
• Conduct discovery phases, analyze As-Is processes, design To-Be states, and identify risks, limitations, and dependencies;
• Identify, analyze, and formalize functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices and techniques;
• Develop and align solutions with Product Owners, architects, developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and other stakeholders;
• Prepare analytical artifacts, including business and stakeholder requirements in BRD or Vision and Scope formats and functional requirements as User Stories or Use Cases with UI descriptions;
• Use BPMN for process modeling and UML for Activity, Use Case, and Class diagrams;
• Ensure requirement completeness, consistency, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle;
• Participate in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and other agile activities as a subject matter expert;
• Act as an expert in complex product and technical decisions;
• Mentor the business analysis team and facilitate employee development;
• Hold regular 1-on-1 meetings, evaluate work results, provide feedback, and create individual development plans;
• Review analytical artifacts and maintain consistent quality standards within the team;
• Develop business analysis processes, methodologies, templates, and best practices;
• Participate in hiring through technical interviews, professional skills assessments, and hiring decisions;
• Organize and support onboarding for new business analysts;
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Analysis on team development, resource allocation, function maturity, and process improvement initiatives.

• At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst, including 2 to 3 years in a senior position;
• Experience integrating AI tools into business analyst workflows;
• Experience with microservice architecture and high-load systems;
• Basic system analysis skills, including REST API, Webhooks, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON, and XML;
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, authorization mechanisms, and asynchronous interaction with Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Knowledge of microservice architecture design fundamentals and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Experience improving requirement quality through reviews, checklists, documentation audits, system issue identification, and quality control practices;
• Experience in people management, including performance reviews, individual development plans, 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, technical interviews, and onboarding;
• Product experience, including understanding product metrics and making decisions based on business value;
• English level B1;
• Nice to have: experience designing cross-team collaboration processes between business analysis, product management, design, project management, development, and testing departments, experience with iGaming.
