Business analyst in iGaming

We are an iGaming game provider. We supply games to operators and aggregators in several regulated markets, and every launch depends on integrations: wallet, game launch and sessions, reporting, back-office tools and certification requirements. We need someone who owns this end to end: analyses and documents the integrations, then leads delivery with the teams and partners involved.

• Analyse and specify integrations between our platform and operators, aggregators and third-party providers: wallet (seamless and transfer), game launch and sessions, round lifecycle, free rounds and bonuses, reporting.
• Write integration requirements and API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger), sequence diagrams, data mappings, statuses and state models.
• Define error handling: timeouts, retries, duplicate requests (idempotency), rollbacks, reconciliation between systems.
• Prepare functional requirements for games and back-office modules, including configuration and access rights.
• Reflect regulatory and certification requirements by jurisdiction in specifications, and support certification labs with their queries.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for partners and internal teams.
• Support UAT and partner testing: test scenarios, acceptance criteria, issue triage.
• Plan and run delivery of integrations and releases across several teams (backend, frontend, QA, mathematics, art) and external partners.
• Break scope down, build and maintain the plan, track dependencies and the critical path, manage risks and blockers.
• Run Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and keep the backlog and priorities clear.
• Be the main point of contact for partner onboarding: timelines, status updates, escalations.
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders and management; track delivery metrics (lead time and cycle time) and improve the process.

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst / System Analyst or Project Manager in iGaming, betting, fintech or payments, on integration-heavy products.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations: REST, webhooks, authentication, error handling, idempotency. You read and write OpenAPI/Swagger and work with Postman.
• Solid requirements skills: BRD/FRD/SRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, BPMN and UML (sequence, state).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in gambling (licensing, responsible gaming, differences between jurisdictions).
• Understanding of how operator–provider integrations work (wallet, sessions, game rounds), or comparable payment integrations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners: planning, risk management, stakeholder communication.
• SQL for data checks and reconciliation.
• Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban.
• English at B2+ level (documentation and partner communication).
