Business analyst in generative AI

Métrica España is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of Gen AI tools, and advanced English to collaborate with a leading multinational company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

• You will be the link between the business and technology teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and transforming business needs into functional requirements for generative AI-based solutions.
• You will participate in defining and prioritizing use cases, preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, and validating the solutions developed.
• You will work in an international, multidisciplinary environment, facilitating meetings with stakeholders and supporting users as they adopt new tools.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, connecting business needs with technology teams.
• Knowledge of generative AI and language models (LLMs), their applications, and limitations.
• Advanced spoken and written English to work with international teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
