• Analyze and document business and technical requirements from various stakeholders;
• Conduct business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development;
• Review and systemize project documentation in terms of process selection;
• Divide business requirements into parts, decompose them to a manageable level, and communicate them to the development team;
• Create and maintain documentation on business and software requirements;
• Help maintain the roadmap and conduct appropriate gap analysis;
• Work closely with project teams and technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery;
• Analyze risks and causes of errors in system development.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
• 1+ Year of experience as a System Analyst;
• Experience developing software documentation;
• Deep knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management;
• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources;
• Experience managing a backlog and decomposing and prioritizing tasks;
• Ability to modify a chosen approach in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback;
• Experience modeling business processes using at least BPMN/UML;
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies;
• Knowledge of requirements management tools, including at least Jira and Confluence;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• German at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: Basic domain knowledge of Banks, Neo-Banks, Insurance, Payments, or Fintech in general; international professional certificates such as PSPO or PSM.
