• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications;
• Support delivery through backlog refinement and business acceptance testing;
• Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage for entitlement and authorization processes;
• Analyze and improve cross-team processes related to platform operations and customer onboarding;
• Standardize, automate, and improve process efficiency;
• Provide functional support to internal and external users on entitlement topics;
• Contribute to systematic data quality and consistency checks across connected platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• English at C1 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• 3 Or more years of experience in financial services as a Business or Data Analyst;
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements related to data usage;
• Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills;
• Solid data analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel;
• Experience in business process analysis and modeling;
• Proactive and structured mindset with a strong willingness to learn;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Effective collaboration and coordination skills across teams;
• Reliable team player with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach;
• Nice to have: experience in a market data or compliance-related environment, SQL.
