Business analyst in fintech

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, working with different stakeholders, and turning business requirements into practical solutions. If you have experience in financial services, strong analytical skills, and an interest in how banking platforms are configured and implemented, we'd love to hear from you.

• Act as the link between customers, implementation partners, and engineering teams during implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into system configurations, rules, calculations, and processes.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure configuration work is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
• Analyse customer requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose practical solutions.
• Identify when requirements can be addressed through configuration and when product or engineering changes are needed.
• Assess the impact and risks of changes to business processes and system rules.
• Support the successful implementation of our platform for new and existing customers.

• You have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services.
• You have experience or a strong understanding of financial products and processes, ideally within Dutch mortgages, consumer lending, or other lending services.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are confident working with customers, technical teams, and external partners.
• You can independently analyse complex requirements, challenge stakeholders when needed, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• You have an interest in system configuration, business rules, or rules engines.
• You are based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area and are comfortable travelling to client sites when needed.
