• Prepare strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations supporting business decision-making;
• Analyze the market and identify new development and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services;
• Conduct preliminary assessments of strategic partnerships, including innovation-related partnerships;
• Lead business initiatives from analysis and recommendations through implementation and evaluation of results;
• Model business scenarios and prepare forecasts and financial analyses;
• Monitor key business and financial metrics and recommend optimization actions;
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams;
• Prepare materials and recommendations for senior management;
• Develop analytical standards and support data-driven decision-making across the organization;
• Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of analyses and business processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting, or business development;
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or strategic consulting;
• Experience leading international projects or initiatives;
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation of results;
• Experience preparing business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses;
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations;
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel;
• Accountability for results;
• Curiosity and strong business acumen;
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Very good command of English (minimum C1);
• Nice to have: performance management experience, including financial metrics analysis; retail banking experience related to launching or developing financial products; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX, or other Business Intelligence tools; practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making.
