For a specialized financial institution, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a temporary four-month assignment. In this role, you will contribute to the further development of data-driven services and translate complex business challenges into concrete, workable solutions.

Gather, structure, develop and validate functional requirements.

Ensure that delivered solutions align with the requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate with development teams, architects and other technical specialists.
Connect stakeholders within and outside the financial institution.

требования
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in a complex Agile environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Five to six years of demonstrable experience with SQL.
Experience developing and validating functional requirements.
Experience translating business requirements into functional designs.
Experience designing and executing test approaches and test cases.
An affinity for technology and a good understanding of functionality.
The ability to translate strategic business objectives into concrete solutions.
A good command of English, both spoken and written.
You are curious, analytically sharp and strongly focused on collaboration.
You listen carefully, ask follow-up questions and are not satisfied with a superficial problem description. This enables you to uncover the real need behind a business challenge.
You can constructively challenge stakeholders and colleagues without losing sight of the relationship.
You communicate effectively at different levels and make complex topics understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You work in a structured way, take responsibility for the quality of your analyses and maintain an overview in a dynamic Agile environment.
