Business analyst in financial reporting

• Meet with different stakeholders, identify the needs, build User Stories, propose and develop solutions to the users, contributing to the validation of product with end users.
• Understand the concepts of Finance, Risk and Reporting projects under scope, be agile and resilient
• Investigate and resolve issues in the short term (workaround / setting up procedure) and longer term (participate to the definition of proper fix)
• Monitor Monthly/Quarter Closing treatment progress, react and follow-up the stakeholders’ requests and questions
• On-call duty (when needed) on weekends, nights…
• Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics.
• Relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in Financial/Reporting Industry (3 – 5 years).
• SQL – Mastery.
• Python.
• Excel.
• Good overall IT knowledge.
• Knowledge of Banking / Finance industry.

• Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
