Its Global Finance Services centres support business regions through simplification and global standardisation, while the Direct Corporate Tax Compliance team supports tax processes across multiple jurisdictions.

• Plan, prepare, and submit underlying accounting information for corporate, statutory, and indirect tax returns across multiple markets;
• Analyse transactional data, categorise P&L transactions, and identify tax-sensitive items;
• Support Group Tax with information for ad hoc requests, significant tax transactions, and tax audits;
• Oversee transactional data collection, coordination, and review to ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements;
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provision preparation for Group statutory reporting;
• Ensure compliance with the controls framework;
• Assist with the preparation of direct and indirect tax returns;
• Manage tax processes and escalate and resolve issues;
• Engage with Finance Functions and IT to improve data and processes;
• Deliver process excellence, governance, and controls;
• Support Global Tax and Finance Transformation initiatives;
• Collaborate with the outsource provider and Finance stakeholders to support local tax requirements.

• 2–5 Years of finance experience, including direct taxes or GL;
• Strong accounting skills;
• Strong data and analytical skills;
• Ability to use accounting systems effectively;
• Organisational and process management capability;
• Process improvement mindset;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tax compliance events;
• Experience working in an international organisation and building relationships remotely and cross-culturally;
• Ability to work effectively across diverse global teams;
• English language proficiency, both verbal and written;
• Confidence expressing clear opinions and explaining financial issues to colleagues without a financial background;
• Nice to have: Experience working with SAP.
