• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders;
• Produce functional and technical specifications, user stories, and related documentation;
• Support story mapping activities, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements validation;
• Create and execute test documentation to ensure solution quality;
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements;
• Participate in application configuration and parameterization activities according to business needs;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within Agile environments;
• Support data analysis and validation activities through SQL queries.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Fluent French (C1);
• Good command of English (B2/C1);
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation;
• Experience producing both functional and technical documentation;
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Good knowledge of SQL queries, database structures, and data models;
• Solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Experience with application parameterization and configuration;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively;
• Collaborative approach and experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective prioritization abilities;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in the banking industry.
