Zoo 55 is an ITV Studios company that drives global audience expansion and commercial growth across the digital media ecosystem. It creates, curates, and distributes ITV Studios’ intellectual property across FAST & DTC, Social Video, Gaming & Gambling, and Digital Marketing.

• Map current and future operational workflows across media ingest, social video, and asset distribution;
• Capture business requirements and translate operational pain points into functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and Jira epics and stories;
• Configure digital workspaces such as Monday.com tracking boards and support operational tooling governance;
• Define functional requirements and draft Change Requests for upstream enterprise systems including Rightsline and Salesforce;
• Manage end-to-end delivery and the day-to-day Zoo 55 team backlog using agile methodologies;
• Run sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily standups;
• Set daily priorities and remove technical and operational blockers;
• Use Jira velocity and burndown metrics to track and improve team performance and predictability;
• Communicate dependencies, risks, and mitigations to Group Technology and Zoo 55 stakeholders;
• Manage work and dependencies across internal ITV teams and external partner vendors;
• Document and transition delivered work across the Central Work Board and Ingest Portal to operational teams;
• Track project deliverables to maintain efficient resource utilisation aligned with approved squad delivery plans.

• Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Agile BA, or Delivery Manager in a software or media delivery environment;
• Proven experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria;
• Experience running Scrum or Kanban delivery rituals and using Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs and track delivery velocity;
• Ability to liaise effectively between non-technical operational stakeholders and platform or cloud engineers;
• Experience managing technical work and dependencies across internal teams and external partner vendors;
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Media industry experience, BCS Business Analysis accreditation, PSM/CSM accreditation, AgilePM, ICP-ACC, familiarity with digital media workflows, cloud storage, or digital asset management platforms.
