• Analyze and optimize lower-funnel processes and identify cross-selling opportunities for heat pumps;
• Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs;
• Identify process inefficiencies, including with AI, and support the definition and implementation of improvements;
• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads;
• Provide close support and enablement for daily sales operations;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations.

• 1–2 Years of relevant experience in management consulting, venture building, a startup environment, or another scaling-oriented, fast-paced environment, such as Growth Operations or Business Development;
• High initiative, a hands-on mindset, and motivation to drive new topics independently from the initial idea through implementation;
• Structured, data-oriented approach and ability to quickly understand complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations;
• Fluent German, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models.
