Business analyst in data platforms

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Data environments, with experience in Databricks platforms and Data Lake architectures, to act as a link between business and technology teams. The selected candidate will participate in data transformation projects, collaborating on data ingestion, integration, transformation and validation processes, as well as the optimization and maintenance of ETL processes. We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical foundation, analytical skills and stakeholder management experience, who can contribute to the evolution of data platforms and the resolution of incidents in production environments.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements related to data platforms.
• Work with Data Lake and Databricks architectures.
• Participate in data ingestion and integration processes from different sources.
• Define and carry out Source-to-Target Mapping activities.
• Monitor and validate data transformation and quality processes.
• Maintain, optimize and automate ETL processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to Data Lake and data flows in production.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ensure the correct traceability, consistency and quality of information.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data-related projects, preferably as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with Databricks and Data Lake architectures.
• Programming knowledge in Scala.
• Experience in data ingestion, integration and transformation processes.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and pipeline maintenance.
• Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping.
• Ability to analyze and resolve incidents in data environments.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in the insurance sector, especially in Commercial Insurance; Knowledge of Azure Data Platform; Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, Python or SQL; Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality; Experience in international projects or large-scale data transformation projects
