• Manage the complete lifecycle of requirements from initial specification to final delivery;
• Manage workshops and interviews to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements;
• Translate high-level needs into functional and technical specifications, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Maps;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog against the MVP;
• Analyze current business processes and design efficient future-state workflows;
• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for automation or digital transformation;
• Act as the primary bridge between business units and IT/Development teams;
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope and timelines;
• Present complex technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Own the testing lifecycle, including defining test strategies and writing complex IST scenarios for data flows and APIs;
• Perform regression testing and manage the full defect lifecycle;
• Ensure requirements are successfully validated by end-users;
• Analyze data ecosystems to investigate quality issues and identify root causes of inconsistencies;
• Use data-driven insights to validate business assumptions and measure the success of implemented solutions.

• Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management;
• More than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT environment;
• Professional experience in referential administration, data management, and databases;
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Rules;
• Expertise in process modeling, including BPMN and UML;
• Advanced expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, sprint management, and feature prioritization for MVP delivery;
• Deep knowledge of the testing lifecycle, including complex Integration System Testing for APIs/interfaces and User Acceptance Testing;
• Experience in defect management and requirement-to-test-case traceability;
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns, including APIs and Data Virtualization;
• Ability to analyze data quality and ensure consistency across multiple referential data sources;
• Proficiency in ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence;
• Fluent in English.
