Business analyst in CRM

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions across Europe. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete requirements for technology teams. • Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for CDP solutions
• Translating business needs into data and system requirements
• Defining requirements related to customer segmentation, audience targeting, eligibility, and campaign activation/personalization
• Mapping business processes, data flows, and dependencies to ensure alignment between teams
• Preparing acceptance criteria for project deliverables
• Supporting refinement sessions, testing, and UAT to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Coordinating requirements between European markets and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Data, Personalization, or MarTech projects
• Hands-on experience with customer data and marketing processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business and marketing needs, as well as data and technology
• Advanced level of both English and Polish
• Availability for hybrid work (3 days a week from the office)
