• Conduct client workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed functional specifications;
• Contribute to product backlog refinement and assist the product owner with strategic product roadmap development;
• Collaborate with software engineers and the team architect to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and conduct business testing;
• Serve as a subject matter expert in credit and support the Sales team with specialist inquiries and requests;
• Enhance credit domain knowledge and provide insights to colleagues;
• Own and take accountability for the functionality of the Avaloq Region EU Platform used by European Avaloq clients in the credit sector;
• Liaise with teams responsible for technical frameworks and functional components to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance;
• Participate in knowledge exchange and collaboration with business analysts across countries to address market-specific requirements and develop standardized products;
• Provide input for product documentation and review artefacts created by technical writers for accuracy and completeness;
• Support existing clients by analyzing reported incidents and responding to service requests.

• University degree in economics or finance, or completed bank apprenticeship;
• Substantial professional experience in the banking industry with a focus on credit;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional specification creation, and business testing;
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the credit domain;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on abstract thinking;
• Full professional fluency in German;
• Nice to have: comprehensive understanding of credit processes, products, and regulations, Avaloq Certification, in-depth knowledge of banking products and processes.
