• Analyze and map business and IT processes in the context of business needs, problems, and proposed solutions, including AS-IS analysis and TO-BE design;
• Analyze and assess areas identified for optimization, improvement, automation, and elimination of inefficiencies;
• Participate in impact analyses;
• Create User Stories, Use Cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria;
• Prepare and work with business cases;
• Collaborate with business teams, IT Business Partners, IT architects, Project Managers, process owners, and users;
• Provide consultations during development work;
• Prepare analytical materials and project-supporting documentation, including process and requirements descriptions, change registers, and stakeholder agreements;
• Participate in projects involving the development, optimization, and implementation of IT solutions;
• Co-create business analysis standards and process documentation across the organization.

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, IT projects, or a related area;
• Ability to analyze, map, and document business processes;
• Basic knowledge of IT processes and how information systems operate within an organization;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Focus on continuous process improvement and on analyzing, verifying, and supporting improvement proposals that increase organizational efficiency;
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different teams;
• Ability to organize work, set priorities, and coordinate activities within projects;
• English at a minimum B2 level.
