• Understand and analyse business needs and market changes;
• Propose sustainable solutions aligned with the entity’s strategic plan;
• Convert business needs into detailed requirements;
• Involve stakeholders in defining and validating requirements;
• Assess potential impacts of new requirements;
• Ensure implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment;
• Follow the go-live process and compare impacts with expectations;
• Propose adjustments when needed;
• Act as a reference in the function;
• Share knowledge, train, and coach others.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Up to 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology;
• Knowledge of the relationship between Business and IT;
• Fluent English, verbal and written;
• Ability to collaborate as a team player;
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change;
• Analytical ability.
