• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams;
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams;
• Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation;
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping;
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PSD2, AML, and Basel;
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management;
• Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials;
• Monitor project progress and assist with risk and issue management;
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services;
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations;
• Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects;
• Ability to effectively bridge business and IT stakeholders;
• Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives, knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets, understanding of SQL, Excel, or Power BI, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
