Business analyst in banking

• Eliciting and gathering requirements from business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Compliance), translating regulatory requirements into functional and data requirements
• Working with data: SQL, data mapping, data lineage, understanding of DWH and source data structures
• Documentation: drafting BRDs/FRSs, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, and report specifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 3 years in the banking domain
• Hands-on experience with banking regulatory reporting
• Spoken English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Будет плюсом: Spoken Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian at B2 level or higher; Experience with Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and credit risk management; Experience with regulatory reporting tools (AxiomSL/Adenza, Moody’s, Wolters Kluwer OneSumX, or similar)
