• Capture and document business change requirements across Loyalty, Airport Check-in, and Contact Center domains in line with the target operating model
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify operational gaps resulting from the migration from CRIS to a new third-party platform
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication to help business teams understand system and process changes affecting their roles
• Capture detailed user journeys to align business operations with the new platform
• Support UAT and SIT by validating the correct implementation of business workflows and operational scenarios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into system design and functionality
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions to gather, clarify, and refine business requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, with an aviation industry background
• Experience in Loyalty, Airport Check-in, and Contact Center business domains
• Skills in process analysis, current-to-future state mapping, and operational gap identification
• Expertise in capturing and documenting business requirements and user journeys
• Experience supporting UAT and SIT, including business workflow validation
• Competency in stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technical teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Будет плюсом: standard capability level, a bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, business analysis certification from a recognized body such as IIBA CBAP, familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
