MSX International supports leading automotive brands worldwide and helps improve repair performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales activities in more than 80 countries.

• Process incentive claims and payment batches manually and through the Incentive Management System (IMS2);
• Act as the first point of contact for dealers regarding incentive-related questions and support;
• Prepare reports, analyses, and monitoring overviews for incentive payments and campaign performance;
• Participate in campaign planning meetings and align offers and campaigns with Marketing Managers;
• Ensure timely and accurate setup of incentive offers in the Incentive Management System;
• Perform internal controls and audits to ensure payment accuracy and legality;
• Support external dealer audits;
• Identify and implement process improvements in incentive management, sales support, financial reporting, and campaign planning;
• Act as a backup for the Incentives System Analyst in system configurations, payments, credit notes, and system developments;
• Support internal employees and dealers through training and knowledge sharing on incentives.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis;
• Good knowledge of Excel and other analysis or reporting tools;
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management;
• Accurate and structured working style;
• Proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement;
• Nice to have: Experience in the automotive sector, experience with dealer organizations or retail networks, knowledge of incentive management systems, CRM systems or sales support processes, experience with financial controls, audits or campaign management.
