• Analyze business processes and gather requirements;
• Create documentation and UML use case diagrams;
• Participate in client meetings and presentations;
• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and share ideas and insights;
• Work with team members from varied backgrounds and perspectives;
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Prepare reports and communicate insights.

• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of business analysis and SDLC;
