• Act as a technology partner to HR teams across the end-to-end employee lifecycle;
• Conduct process and technology gap analyses;
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify improvement and automation opportunities;
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
• Help build, deploy, and maintain Claude-based applications and AI-powered internal tools;
• Work with cloud and technology teams on authentication, governance, and HRIS-aligned access controls;
• Design and build AI and automation workflows using n8n, UiPath, Python-based automation, and GenAI/LLMs;
• Create scalable solutions with orchestration, exception handling, monitoring, and governance;
• Drive HR Tech initiatives from requirements engineering and process or solution design through build, SIT/UAT, implementation, and go-live;
• Develop HR service delivery models, HRIS security model improvements, payroll transformations, and HRIS revamps or migrations;
• Turn business problems into scalable HR technology products and frameworks;
• Design and improve Jira-based HR service desks, Rovo Agents, and AI-enabled employee and HR experiences.

• 6+ Years of experience as an HR Tech Analyst, HR Business/Process Analyst, AI & Automation Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Deep, demonstrable HR domain knowledge across hire-to-retire processes;
• Strong ability to analyze HR processes and translate business problems into functional and technical requirements;
• Experience implementing solutions across a complex HR technology landscape;
• Hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions with n8n, Python scripts, UiPath, and GenAI/LLM tooling;
• Experience building and deploying internal applications in cloud environments;
• Experience with APIs, MCPs, custom connectors, and integrations between enterprise systems;
• Hands-on understanding of Claude/GenAI application deployment and enterprise security;
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, authentication, access governance, and protection of sensitive HR data;
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Rovo Agents, and BPMN;
• Ability to design service desks, workflows, process frameworks, and technology-enabled HR services;
• Fluency in English;
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, Business Technology, or a related field is preferred;
• Nice to have: n8n certification, certifications in business or process analysis, automation, or agile delivery such as Six Sigma, SAFe, Scrum, PMP, or Archimate.
