задачи
Research lending and banking services markets for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises under the direction of the regional manager
Attract SME customers in the regions served by the Bank’s branches
Organize meetings and visits with prospective SME customers and present the Bank’s services
Analyze prospective borrowers’ businesses and carry out the lending process
Track loan applications and submit them to the authorized approval bodies or committees
Promote banking services and products and conduct cross-selling
Take steps to meet individual and branch monthly and quarterly plans and targets
Maintain and regularly update SME customer profiles
Manage SME customers’ active and passive portfolios
Service the loan portfolio and communicate effectively with customers
Monitor loan portfolio quality and support the recovery of problem loans
Propose ways to optimize and automate SME customer service business processes to the regional manager
Carry out assignments from the regional manager
Perform other duties assigned under the Bank’s internal regulations, decisions, and orders
Submit reports on completed work to the direct manager, the regional manager
требования
Higher or vocational education
At least 2 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector during the last 3 years
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent Armenian, good Russian, and good English
Knowledge of financial analysis and general knowledge of banking regulations
